  DON’T HATE Matthew 5:43-48  Devotional:- “But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,” (V. 44) NKJV The subject of love is not always easy to practise between you, and those who have shown themselves as committed enemies. Those who will openly stand against you. Those who just hate you for no reason. Those who don’t pray that anything good should happen to you. Yet the Bible gave us a commandment in the midst of it all to love and never to hate them. What a great task! But until a Christian grows to this level, he cannot actually be called mature. The way to handle it is that we should bless those who curse us. Always do good to those who hate you. If they are moved by the spirit in them to do evil to you, be moved by the Spirit in you to love them. We cannot truly say we love till we can prayerfully demonstrate the character of love. PRESENCE OF GOD                 

Acts 16:20-31
Devotional: -“Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone's chains were loosed” (V. 26)



 
    Wherever God is praised, His presence will always be there. This is because He inhabits the praises of His people (Psalms 22:3). God gives attention to His praises. In other words, praises is an invitation that God cannot ignore, especially when it comes from a right heart (Psalms 24:3-4). If anyone wants to keep the presence of God with him or herself, the secret is praises.



    Paul and Silas were on their mission field for God in Philippi. As the custom of the devil is, he entered some people to stand against them and they were put in prison. But in the middle of the night, Paul and Silas prayed and began to sing praises unto God. This action brought the presence of God into the prison. The prison foundation began to shake. Since no door could lock against God, all the prison doors were flared opened and all the prisoners chains were loosed (2 Corinthians 3:17).

    Friend, all this happened because the servants of God prayed and sang praises to God. The presence of the Lord came into the prison and set everyone free. Whatever cage of life you may find yourself, learn to embark on praise galore. The Lord will step into your situations and destroy all factors of limitations. The Lord will fight for you and no one will hinder you anymore. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, strengthen me to praise you in all my situation.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
