  ASK Matthew 7:7-12  Devotional:- “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” (V.11) NKJV For us to be able to enjoy the love of God as believers, we must begin to ask God for our needs. It is the principle of God that you will only have what you ask (Matthew 7:7). If you don’t speak out to ask, you may not be given. This was the problem of the senior brother of the prodigal son (Luke 15:29-32). Everything is for Him, but he had never asked for any. But the younger brother knew how to ask You must also learn how to ask. This is because you will only enjoy what you asked for. We therefore need to learn how to ask. The word ‘ask’ is not the same as beg or loan. The word asks suggests confidence and courage. It means to demand for what you are due for. IT PLEASES GOD               

Psalms 69:30-36
Devotional-“This also shall please the Lord better than an ox or bull, Which has horns and hooves” (V. 31)


    Praises make a man’s life to please God. This is because praises involve humility and the fear of the Lord (Psalms 25:9-14). Praises open the door of the life of a man to God. Praises make God to be enthroned in the life of a man (Psalms 22:3). Praises make God to guide a man into his destiny (Acts 13:2). Having all of these experiences make a man to please the Lord in praises.


    The Psalmist says, I will praise the name of the Lord with a song and magnify Him with thanksgiving. This also shall please the Lord better than an ox or bull. In other word, a sacrifice of praises is more pleasing to God. The word of God says our worship become reasonable or acceptable when we praise Him from a surrendered heart (Romans 12:1). So, praises is an act of righteousness before the Lord.

    The word of God says, when a man’s way pleases the Lord, even his enemy will be at peace with him (Proverbs 16:17). That is why the Bible says, if God be for us, who can be against us (Romans 8:31). If praises is therefore what makes us please God, then sorrow and anxiety makes us displease God (2 Corinthians 10:12). So, chose to always praise God and your ways will always be pleasing to God. So, He will make your way prosperous. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, let your praises terminate all that displeases you in my life.

“GOD WILL ALWAYS GIVE HIS BEST TO A MAN THAT PLEASES HIM ALWAYS”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
