MADE TO SERVE GOD 1 Corinthians 3:5-17 Devotional:- “For we are both God's workers. And you are God's field. You are God's building. (V.9 NLT) God put you on earth to make contributions and make a difference with your life. Another purpose of your life is to serve the Lord wherever you are. You are created to add to the earth and not just to take from it. This purpose of your life is called ministry or service. It is very important that you live in this consciousness, you were created to serve God (Ephesians 2:10). Wherever you are either in the school or in the office, be sure you are serving God and fulfilling your purpose.  God saved you to serve Him. Your work, business or academic is also a work and a service to the Lord (Ephesians 6:5-7). God redeemed you to do His holy work everywhere in your life. It is service that gives value to your life (2 Timothy 1:9). Ministry is not only for pastors but for all members of the body of Christ. We are not to sit and wait for h...

MADE FOR PRAISES

MADE FOR PRAISES

Scripture Reading: Isaiah 43:16-21
Devotional -“This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise” (V. 21)

It’s important you realize that you are made to praise the Lord. In other word, God created you for His praises. He made you to be your best as you praise Him all the days of your life. It is in praises that we are able to overcome the limitations of this world and by praises we are able to connect with the supernatural for our testimonies in this world.

The word of God says we are formed to show forth the praises of God. We are to see this in different dimension. God made us to enjoy His best as we engage in praises. Whenever we become praiseful, God can connect with us, God can pour Himself into us, Man and God can work together (Acts 16:24-26). It is as we praise God that God can join in the battle of our lives. It is as we are praiseful that our case can turn out to be a testimony.

That is why we must not allow anything to hinder our praise life. The enemy will always want to confuse us to be sorrowful. He will always make us feel that God is not good to us. The truth is that, parents are always good to their children. The same is God to us. All we are passing through are to turn to His glory at last (Luke 21:13). So, braze up. Don’t allow what you are passing through to stop you from getting to where you are going . Your case shall turn to testimony in Jesus name. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to be praiseful notwithstanding.

“ONLY IN PRAISES YOU CAN FIT INTO YOUR PLACE IN LIFE”
