  WORSHIP John 4:10-26 Devotional:- “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him” (v.23) NKJV Many of us have not come to the level of understanding that God is more interested in building relationship with us than in meeting our needs. Actually, He desires to meet our needs, but fundamentally, He wants a relationship first. That is why most people don’t have a constant response from God, because He has discovered that they are much more after His gifts and not after Him as God. So also when Jesus discovered that people were following Him for the sake of fish and bread, He quickly discouraged the act (John 6:25-27). One of the things that God strongly desire from human race is our worship. Not because He wants to show that He is God, but because He knows that it will help Him build a relationship with us. IDOLATRY                        
Psalms 16:1-6
Devotional:- “Their sorrows shall be multiplied who hasten after another god; Their drink offerings of blood I will not offer, Nor take up their names on my lips” (V. 4)

    Another factor that removes praises from the life of people is idolatry. This is an act of following other god apart from the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Idolatry has trapped the destiny of many people. People follow other gods because they take to suggestions from the ungodly. Ungodly way may look profitable, but the end is always destructive (Proverbs 14:12).

  The word of God says, “those who follow other gods shall have many sorrows” Idolatry is an optional way offered by the devil for those who can no longer wait for the Lord (Psalms 37:7-11). The devil always deceives people with material things till they will bag sorrow. The reason why idolatry looks better to some people is that it works fast. But this is deception of the devil to take people away from their joy.

  Friend, all that glitters are not gold. Be happy following the Lord. Be patience to learn the way things work in God (Luke 8:15). Refuse to follow the devil or any wicked advice. Such will lead to sorrow at last. Do not because of money seek the devil (1 Timothy 6:10-11). Don't be offended in God (Matthew 11:6). Humble yourself before God and you shall be lifted in due season (1 Peter 5:6). Keep serving God with joy (Deuteronomy 28:47-48). Peace!

Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
