  MAKING GOD HAPPY Numbers 6:22-27 Devotional:- “May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you” (V. 25 NLT) One of the goals of our life is to make God happy. This is because the goal of worship is to make God happy. A man can make God happy when he pleases the Lord in all His ways. Job was a man who pleases the Lord in his life time (Job 1:8). Noah was another man who also pleased God in his generation (Genesis 6:8). We are living for the glory of God when we live to make God happy by pleasing the Him. To make God happy, we must love Him supremely (Luke 14:26). No one loved us as God does. He knows what no one knows about us that is why we must love Him more than ALL. It is possible to love God supremely when we relate closely with Him (Hosea 6:6; Matthew 22:37-38; Genesis 6:9). To make God happy, we must learn to trust Him completely. SAVED FOR PRAISES             

1 Peter 2:4-10
Devotional -“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” (V. 9)
    God saved us that we might live a praiseful life. This is because, that is how He can be part of what we are doing to fulfill our assignments on earth. If God is not part of what we are doing, then the enemy is bound to see the loopholes to have his way. That way, he has hindered many from fulfilling their destiny. You will fulfill your destiny in Jesus name.

     The word of God talked about the greatness of our destiny. In our destiny, God sees us as a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation and His own special people. The purpose of it all is that our lives might bring praises to His name. It is when our life brings praises to the name of God, that God is perfecting His plan in the world. It is therefore important that we allow the Holy Spirit to make us vessels of His praises.

    When Jesus says God is looking for those who will worship Him, He is simply looking for those who will open up to Him through praises and He can work through them. So, make up your mind to make God glad. This is by opening up to Him in praise (Revelation 3:20). That will give Him the permission to join with you in your journey. And your life will at last result to testimonies. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, let my life be for your praises.

“A PRAISEFUL BELIEVER WILL ALWAYS JOURNEY WITH GOD”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
