  CHILDREN OF GOD I John 3:1-3  Devotional:- “Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him” (V.1) NKJV One of the unique things on earth is that, each one belongs to one family or the other. Some are from a great family, their name sounds great, and others are from a family that is not well-known. The truth is that, the lineage each of us belongs to, sometimes speaks and shows in our live. Those who are seen as children of great people in the world are often counted as privileged. But the scripture we read today is aimed at making you appreciate the privilege of being a child of God. It doesn’t matter whether you are born into a great family on earth or not. God has decided to bestow His love on you by calling you His child (Galatians 4:7). This is the greatest family in heaven and earth. The moment you are born again, you are born of God (John 1:12). WRONG FEELINGS   

Mark 5:25-34
Devotional verse: [29] Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction (v. 29).


    One of the instruments the devil uses so much against the strength of many is our feelings. God’s word says, my people are destroyed because of lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6). The woman we read about today experienced positive feelings after she received her miracles. Most people are always having negative feelings.
    Our feelings are the function of the sensitivity of our body. It is an attempt made to communicate or suggest information to our mind. Feelings happen because something is moving around us and we can feel it. But, that does not mean it has entered us. The moment we confess it, the door is open for it to enter our mind and in turn enters our life (Proverbs 23:7).

    This is one of the tricks of the devil to appeal to our body to accept sickness. God created the ability to feel in us to inform us of the activities around us.  But the enemy always want to trick us into using that blessing wrongly. For the fact that you have a feeling, doesn’t mean you should be declaring negatively. The essence of the feelings is for you to take a positive step. You may need to take time to rest or to take care of yourself. Don’t ever confess evil over your life because of a feeling. Always confess the word of God and your health will always be good (Hebrews 3:1). Peace!

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
