DEFINE PLEASURE  Proverbs 21:12-21 Devotional:- “He who loves pleasure will be a poor man; He who loves wine and oil will not be rich.” (v. 17) NKJV 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional DEFINE PLEASURE Support Us Proverbs 21:12-21 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com There is nothing wrong with pleasure, but there is a need to define what it means in a way that it will not bring destruction to you. Pleasure to most people means idleness, sleeping, jesting, watching T.V and all sorts of films, extravagant spending at beer parlous and hotels, eating in all the city kitchens and to some it is just travelling all around. The truth is that none of those things are real pleasure. If those things are what you call pleasures, then, no matter how much you have now, poverty and sorrow are on the way. IGNORANCE

 IGNORANCE

Hosea 4:1-6
Devotional verse: “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you, from been priest for Me; because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget thy children” (V. 6).

It is a terrible thing for a man to allow situation to carry him around without identifying what causes it. This is a function of a heart not willing to search out or find out what works or what not. Not willing to find out his own right (Proverbs 4:19). The word of God says, those who know their God shall be strong. (Daniel 11:32).
Ignorance will make a man weak and confused. He will be running for what he should not run for. Iignorance will make a man victim of life. The areas we have challenges on are the areas we have not discover what makes us to be defeated (Ecclesiastes 10:15). The devil always wants man to be ignorant so as to take advantage of such.

Friend, understand that God has placed you far above the devil. (Ephesians 2:6), Understand that you have the authority over him (Luke 10:19), Understand that the angels are waiting to take instructions to act in your favour. Understand that health and victory are your heritage in Christ (1 John 5:4). You are winning in Jesus name. PEACE!

Prayer: Lord, give me passion for knowledge.

“AN IGNORANT MAN WILL ALWAYS BE LIMITED”
