THE REDEEMED Galatians 3:10-14  Devotional:- “Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree” (V. 13) KJV . Today, we children of God do not understand the meaning of redemption. And so it does not really have any meaningful impact on our lives. This is because it is only knowledge that brings about outstanding strength and makes a man stand over his enemy. Many Christians are building muscles instead of knowledge of our God to build our spirit and soul for victory (Daniel 11:32). Though we sing redemption and even bear it as a "knowledge is power name, yet we still find ourselves in bondage. Notice that prayer without knowledge is a religious exercise. Not only in this world but in the spirit realm. Our redemption is tickly packaged for our victory, but it will take the revelation of God’s word to unfold it for our use. WRONG ASSOCIATION

WRONG ASSOCIATION  

1 Corinthians 15:29-34
Devotional thought:- “Do not be deceived: “Evil company corrupts good habits” (V. 33).


  Understanding the role that information is playing in our lives will inform us of the danger of wrong association. These are places you go to relate as social being. The truth is that we cannot but relate. That is an aspect of God we always demonstrate. When we are relating, we unconsciously picking things from one and other. That is why you are a product of your relationship.
 Our scriptures today said, he that walks with evil people will corrupt himself unknowingly. This is because evil people will be communicating evil information (Matthew 12:34). God’s word says, just by staying in a right company, a man will prosper and it will be the opposite with evil company (Psalms 1:1-3).

  This therefore call for the wisdom of you selecting who you should relate with. You need to consciously choose your friends (Proverbs 12:26). Relationship is not by force. Have you observed a married couple looking alike with time? So also everyone you keep company with. Don’t let people transfer wrong thing to your heart. Check your association. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, help me to be separated from wrong association.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
